What is your return policy for change of mind?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the footwear is trialed on carpeted surfaces only to maintain eligibility.

How do I find my correct Birkenstock size?

Our footwear comes in two widths: Regular and Narrow. We recommend referring to our Size Guide and ensuring there is approximately 10mm of space in the heel and toe areas for the perfect fit.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all Birkenstock products are covered against manufacturing defects. This does not include general wear and tear or damage caused by exposure to extreme heat.
