At Birkenstock Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn Birkenstocks in their original branded shoe box, then secure the box inside a protective shipping satchel or carton.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid Australia Post shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your parcel to any Australia Post office or red street posting box, and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
